I usually don't post about YouTube "tribute" videos - mostly because they tend to be a little naff, but this one is different. Rather than a compilation of photos or video clips set to music, this is a time-lapse video of Reylia, a talented artist from Japan, drawing Audrey. It's a fascinating video to watch - at first it seems like it's not going to turn out so well, but the end result is excellent.
I was so impressed with the quality of Reylia's work that I purchased the original drawing from her. I've always wanted a piece of Audrey artwork I could display somewhere, but have always found those mass-produced pop-art things somewhat ghastly and certainly not in the spirit of Audrey. I'm sure you'll agree this piece is different.
